Ingredients

  • 6 - chikoo
  • 2 tbsp - orange juice
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • 2 tsp - grated orange rind
  • Sugar to taste
  • Mint leaves - few, cut into strips
  • Sprigs of mint to decorate

How to Make Chikoo Orange Compote

  • Peel the chikoo, discard the seeds and cut the flesh into dice.
  • Toss with orange and lime juice and orange rind. Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Place in refrigerator till time to serve.
  • Divide the chikoo between four serving bowls and sprinkle with mint strips.
  • Garnish each bowl with a sprig of mint.
