Ingredients

  • 6 - Chikoo
  • 2 tbsp - Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 tsp - grated Orange rind
  • Sugar to taste
  • Mint leaves - few, cut into strips
  • Sprigs of Mint to decorate
  • How to Make Chikoo Orange Compote:

    1. Peel the chikoo, discard the seeds and cut the flesh into dice.
    2. Toss with orange and lime juice and orange rind. Sprinkle with sugar.
    3. Place in refrigerator till time to serve.
    4. Divide the chikoo between four serving bowls and sprinkle with mint strips.
    5. Garnish each bowl with a sprig of mint.
