Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fresh Curd
  • 1 cup - chopped Cucumber
  • 1 cup - chopped Onions
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - chopped Dates
  • 1/2 cup - Raisins
  • 1/2 cup - roasted groundnuts
  • 2 tbsp - fresh Cream
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chilled Cold Salad

  • Mix fresh cucumbers and onions in a bowl.
  • Add chillies, dates and raisins and mix well.
  • Add the roasted nuts and mix again.
  • Mix in the curd, cream, sugar and salt.
  • Pour into a serving bowl. Decorate the salad with raisins.
  • Chill and serve.
