Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - fresh curds, hung for 1 hour in muslin cloth
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Pomegranate
  • 1 - apple, peeled, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - chopped green Grapes
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - powdered Sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • How to Make Chilled Fruity Yoghurt:

    1. Chill all the fruits.
    2. In a salad bowl mix yoghurt and milk and blend it well.
    3. Add sugar to it and mix it well.
    4. Add all the mixed fruits and mix it well so all the fruits are coated with yogurt.
    5. Sprinkle crushed cumin seeds.
    6. Refrigerate for half an hour.
