Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup - fresh curds, hung for 1 hour in muslin cloth
  • 2 tbsp - milk
  • 1/2 cup - pomegranate
  • 1 - apple, peeled, chopped finely
  • 1/2 cup - chopped green grapes
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • salt as per taste

How to Make Chilled Fruity Yoghurt

  • Chill all the fruits.
  • In a salad bowl mix yoghurt and milk and blend it well.
  • Add sugar to it and mix it well.
  • Add all the mixed fruits and mix it well so all the fruits are coated with yogurt.
  • Sprinkle crushed cumin seeds.
  • Refrigerate for half an hour.
