Ingredients

  • 5 - Bajji chillies
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Asafoetida
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups - besan
  • oil as required

How to Make Chilli Bajji

  • Mix the ingredients, except the chilli, with besan powder and prepare the batter.
  • Dip the bajji chillies in the batter and deep fry. Serve hot.
