Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef, cut into medium pieces
  • 4 green chilies
  • 2 capsicums, cut into strips
  • 3 big onions, sliced
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 cloves, Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • How to Make Chilli Beef Fry:

    1. Boil the meat in a little water till tender.
    2. Keep the remaining soup aside.
    3. Grind the chillies, ginger, garlic, turmeric and pepper together and mix in the vinegar.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden brown.
    5. Add the cooked meat, ground masala and the capsicum and mix well.
    6. Add the remaining soup and cook on low heat till the meat is brown.
