Ingredients

  • 300 g - chopped Tomatoes
  • 250 g - chopped Olives
  • 115 g - Beef
  • 3-4 - Garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce or 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - red pepper
  • a few fresh Basil leaves
  • How to Make Chilli Beef Primavera:

    1. Thinly slice the beef and pour into a large frying pan with olive oil.
    2. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the red pepper, chopped olives and chopped tomatoes.
    3. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
    4. Add the chilli sauce and garlic.
    5. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    6. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
