  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 2 - tomatoes, medium
  • 1 tbsp - Jeera
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 - Garlic
  • 1 tbsp - coriander
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Chilli Capsicum Fry:

    1. Cut the capsicum and tomatoes into small pieces.
    2. Take a little oil in a pan and fry the capsicum pieces till they become tender. Keep aside and cool.
    3. Fry the tomatoes till they become tender and allow them to cool.
    4. Fry jeera, garlic, green chillies, and coriander, and let it cool.
    5. Grind all the ingredients with salt and coriander leaves.
    6. Serve with rice and idly.
