  • 1 cup - grated cheese
  • 8 slices of bread
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp- chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chilli Cheese French Toast

  • Mix the cheese, salt, chilli powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, egg, and milk to form a thick batter. Heat oil in a flat pan.
  • Dip each slice of bread in the batter and shallow fry it till golden brown.
