Ingredients

  • 400g - chicken (boneless)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 3 tbsp - corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 2 - onions
  • Salt required quantity
  • 8 - garlic
  • 6 - green chillies
  • 2 - capsicums (chop it)
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1/4 - ajinomoto
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • oil

How to Make Chilli Chicken & Capsicum Saute

  • Mix eggs, corn flour, salt, and 1 tbsp chilli sauce with the chicken pieces. Let the chicken marinate for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat sufficient oil and deep-fry the marinated chicken pieces till crisp.
  • Now take another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil, and add onions, garlic, green chillies, capsicums, corn flour, and 3 tbsp of water.
  • Add remaining chilli sauce, salt, ajinomoto, pepper, vinegar, and blended corn flour. Stir it for 2 minutes.
  • Now add the fried chicken pieces in it, and saute till the sauce coats the chicken pieces.
