Ingredients

  • 1 lb - Chicken cut to small pieces
  • 15 - green chillies, chopped small
  • 2 tsp - ginger/garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup - white Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water

How to Make Chilli Chicken in White Vinegar

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste and soy sauce for 2 hours.
  • In a cup, soak the chopped green chillies in vinegar for the same amount of time.
  • Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken.
  • When partially cooked, pour in the vinegar and cook the chicken until done.
  • Pour the cornstarch mix at the end and mix well.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
