Ingredients

1kg - chicken, boneless pieces

2 tbsp - soya sauce

4 Green chilli paste

Oil to fry

1 tsp - Garlic paste

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Deep-fry and serve garnished with coriander and cashew nuts.
