Ingredients

  • 1kg - chicken, boneless pieces
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 4 Green chilli paste
  • Oil to fry
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • How to Make Chilli Chicken, Indian style:

    1. Mix all the ingredients and let it marinate for 2 hours.
    2. Deep-fry and serve garnished with coriander and cashew nuts.
