  • 1 kg - boneless Chicken
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - Orange food colour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Curd
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Chilli Chicken Nuggets:

    1. Mix the garlic paste, chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, vinegar, yogurt, orange food colour, and salt together in a small bowl and then marinate the boneless chicken pieces for about one hour.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and fry few nuggets at a time till golden brown.
    3. Serve with lemon slices and oil rings.
