  • 2 pounds - chicken, skin peeled out and cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2.5 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Ginger Garlic
  • Salt per taste
  • Oil for frying
  • 8-10 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • How to Make Chilli Chicken with Soya Sauce:

    1. Clean the chicken.
    2. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, and corn flour; add salt and marinate for 1 hour.
    3. Take a pan and put some oil and fry the chicken pieces till brown in colour.
    4. Take a thick bottom saucepan, add oil and fry the onions till transparent; add ginger-garlic paste.
    5. Add the finely cut green chillies and fried chicken; now add the marinade and keep it on slow fire, and keep stirring till done.
