  • 2 cups - Fresh Curd
  • 1 - Medium-sized Cucumber
  • A few coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 - Green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • a pinch of cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Chilli Cucumber Raitha:

    1. Grate the cucumber with the help of a grater and add it to the fresh curd.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
    3. Once they splutter, remove from oil.
    4. Ensure that the excess oil is drained out.
    5. Pour the mustard seeds into the bowl of curd and grated cucumber.
    6. Add the finely chopped coriander leaves and green chilli.
    7. Add cumin powder and salt to taste.
    8. Serve with any pulav or flavoured rice.
    9. You may even add a pinch of chaat masala if you wish.
