  • 500g - small Potatoes
  • 3 tsp - zaika masala
  • 1 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • ginger, chopped
  • 3 - green chilli, chopped
  • Coriander leaves
  • half cup - water
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Chilli Dum Aloo:

    1. Wash the potatoes and place them in a large bowl with water.
    2. Cover and microwave at high for 7 to 8 minutes.
    3. Peel the potatoes and set aside.
    4. Place the oil, zaika masala, tomato puree, cumin seeds, ginger, chilli, and water in a casserole cover and microwave at medium high for 6 to 8 minutes.
    5. Add the boiled potatoes and mix well.
    6. Cover and microwave at medium high for another 5 to 6 minutes.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
