Ingredients

  • 500 g - fish, fillet, shredded
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - Orange food colour
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying.

How to Make Chilli Fish Nuggets

  • Wash the fish and marinate it with all the above ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a pan till smoky and fry the fish nuggets till golden brown on both sides.
  • Squeeze lemon juice on the nuggets when done.
  • Drain and serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings.
