  • 500 g - paneer, chopped into small cubes
  • 10 - dried red chillies
  • 6 - garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chilli Garlic Paneer

  • Mix dried red chillies, garlic, soy sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and grind them into a smooth paste.
  • In a wok, heat oil, add curry leaves and allow them to splutter.
  • Add onions and fry until golden brown.
  • Add the paste and cook until oil starts separating.
  • Then, add some water and salt and cook again.
  • Finally, add paneer cubes and cook until paneer is a soft.
