Ingredients

  • 300 g - button Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 - Egg beaten
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - Refined flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying.
  • How to Make Chilli Mushroom Fritters:

    1. Wash the mushrooms and boil in a little water for 5 minutes.
    2. Drain.
    3. Mix the mushrooms with the garlic paste, pepper powder, chilli sauce, egg, corn flour, refined flour and salt.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the mushrooms a little at a time till golden brown.
    5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
