Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - button Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup - capsicum, cubed
  • 1/3 cup - spring onions, separate the white and greens
  • 1 - onion, cubed
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 3/4 tsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper powder
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Chilli mushroom

  • Heat olive oil in a wide skillet
  • Add garlic and saute for a min.
  • Add the chilli, white spring onions and cubed onions, saute for a min
  • Move the onions and garlic to one side of the skillet, add mushrooms, sprinkle very little salt and fry for 2 mins.
  • Add the capsicum and spring onions, toss and fry till the capsicums are almost cooked and crisp.
  • Mix all the sauces and pour it in the skillet evenly, add pepper powder, toss and fry for another min and switch off the heat
  • Garnish with green spring onions and serve
