Ingredients

  • Mushroom - 200 g
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chillies - 6
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Chilli Mushrooms with capsicum:

    1. Cut all vegetables into cubes.
    2. In a kadai heat oil, add mushrooms and saute till it becomes soft.
    3. Then add all vegetables to it and saute for 5 to 7 mins.
    4. Add sauce, salt and sugar.
    5. Add corn flour mixed with 1/4 cup of water and pour into the gravy.
    6. Cook in low heat for 3 to 5 mins.
