What better a way to treat up your lunch or dinner party by serving some amazing chilli paneer curry? This amazing, easy to make recipe is a great addition to a meal and is easy to make too.
The first step to make chilli paneer curry is to take heated oil in a Kadhai and fry capsicums and onions until they become soft, and fry the paneer cubes in the same oil as well, until they become light to, golden brown in colour. Next, add the tomato, vinegar, and all other sauces in a mixer grinder and blend the mixture thoroughly.
You need to add this mixture into the paneer-capsicum-fried onion mixture with ajinomoto, pepper and salt, and stir fry it. Last but not the least, mix water with corn flour and add it to the prepared mixture to thicken the gravy. Mix quickly to avoid the corn flour making lumps and remove from heat.
Serve with chapatis or rice!
