Ingredients

  • 500 g - Paneer
  • 1.5 cups - Tomato sauce
  • 2 - onions, cut and peeled into flaps
  • 2 - capsicums, diced
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger - Garlic paste
  • 3/4 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - white Vinegar
  • a pinch - ajinomoto
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - pepper
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour

How to Make Chilli Paneer Curry

  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil and fry onions and capsicum till it becomes soft.
  • Fry the paneer cubes in the same oil till it becomes light brown in colour.
  • Now add all the sauces, vinegar, and tomato in a grinder and blend thoroughly.
  • Add this mixture into the fried onion - paneer mixture with salt, pepper and ajinomoto, and stir fry.
  • Now mix corn flour in cold water and add to the prepared mixture to thicken the gravy.
  • Quickly incorporate and remove from heat.
