  • 15 cubes - paneer
  • 1 - capsicum
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • Tomato sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Food colour
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil (deep fry)

How to Make Chilli Paneer in Tomato and Soy Sauce

  • Take cornflour and add 1 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, salt according to taste and add water.
  • Dip paneer cube in cornflour and deep fry and keep it aside. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onion till it becomes light pink in colour.
  • Now add green chillies, ginger, garlic and capsicum.
  • Fry for 1-2 mins.
  • Add the soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, food colour and saute for a few seconds.
  • Now add the fried paneer and mix it well with Chinese salt, normal salt and pepper.
