  • 15 cubes - Paneer
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Green chilli
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • Tomato sauce
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Food colour
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil (deep fry)
  • How to Make Chilli Paneer in Tomato and Soy Sauce:

    1. Take cornflour and add 1 tsp tomato sauce, 2 tsp chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, salt according to taste and add water.
    2. Dip paneer cube in cornflour and deep fry and keep it aside. Now take 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the onion till it becomes light pink in colour.
    3. Now add green chillies, ginger, garlic and capsicum.
    4. Fry for 1-2 mins.
    5. Add the soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, food colour and saute for a few seconds.
    6. Now add the fried paneer and mix it well with Chinese salt, normal salt and pepper.
