Ingredients

  • 250 g - Paneer
  • 1/2 tbsp - grated Garlic
  • 1 cup - boiled noodles
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli paste (boil 4-5 Red Chillies and grind it in a mixer)
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1/4 cup - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - vinegar.
  • How to Make Chilli Paneer Noodles:

    1. Shallow fry the cut paneer pieces.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, red chilli paste, tomato sauce, sugar.
    3. Add water slowly and boil the gravy.
    4. Add salt as per taste.
    5. Mix corn flour in water and add it to gravy, stir till it becomes thick.
    6. Place the boiled noodles and paneer in a plate.
    7. Spread sauce over it.
    8. Serve with vinegar and onions.
