Ingredients

  • 500 g - Paneer
  • 2. 4 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 15 - Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • 1 - green Capsicum
  • 4 - Onions
  • How to Make Chilli-Paneer:

    1. Crumble paneer and shape into balls with corn flour. Deep fry in oil. Set aside.
    2. In a separate kadai, fry chopped onions till golden brown.
    3. Add chopped green chillies and capsicum. Fry for 3 mins.
    4. Add fried paneer. Saute for a minute.
    5. Add tomato, chilli, soya sauce and salt also. Saute for 3 mins.
    6. Serve hot.
