Ingredients

  • 300 g - paneer/tofu (crumbled)
  • 3 big - Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 big - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 - green peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 bunch - cilantro/coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp -lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - red pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 cup - hot water
  • a pinch of Turmeric
  • salt
  • How to Make Chilli Paneer with Tomatoes:

    1. Heat oil and fry the jeera and onion until done. Add the paneer and fry for 5 minutes.
    2. Add all the remaining ingredients, except water, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
    3. Add water, cover and cook until the tomatoes are soft and the water has evaporated.
