  • green chilies - 100 gm
  • Onion - 1 small
  • Ginger - 1/2" piece
  • Lemon - 1
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Chilly Chutney

  • Chop the chillies coarsely. Chop the onions finely and grate the ginger. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions till transparent.
  • Add ginger and chillies and fry for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add lemon juice and sugar.
  • Add little salt to nullify the hot taste.
  • Now chilly chutney is ready.
