How to Make Chinese Cauliflower Manchurian

  • Cut the cauliflower, put the florets in salted boiling water.
  • Drain and mix well with the marinade ingredients. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  • Deep fry the cauliflower in sufficient oil. Keep aside.
  • To prepare the sauce, heat oil, fry chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies for a minute.
  • Then add chopped onion and fry till golden brown.
  • Add capsicum and cellery and saute for a minute.
  • Now add all sauces, salt and a cup of water.
  • Add the fried cauliflower in it and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Finally add corn flour mixed in a 1/4 cup of water and cook in high heat for about 5 mins.
  • Then sprinkle sugar and garnish with chopped spring onion.
