Ingredients

  • 4 - Capsicums
  • 10 - Green chillies
  • 8 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 8 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 8 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 4-5 flakes - Garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Chinese Chilli Capsicum:

    1. Heat oil in a wok.
    2. Tip in garlic and saute until the raw smell goes.
    3. Add green chillies, followed by the capsicums.
    4. Fry until capsicums turn soft but crunchy.
    5. Tip in the rest of the ingredients.
    6. Saute for a minute and serve hot with roti or naan.
