  • 4 - capsicums
  • 10 - green chillies
  • 8 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 8 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 8 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 4-5 flakes - garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp - oil

How to Make Chinese Chilli Capsicum

  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Tip in garlic and saute until the raw smell goes.
  • Add green chillies, followed by the capsicums.
  • Fry until capsicums turn soft but crunchy.
  • Tip in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Saute for a minute and serve hot with roti or naan.
