Ingredients

  • 1 - whole Chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp - Maida
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 tsp - Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - ajinomoto
  • salt
  • 1 cup - sliced Capsicum
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • chopped coriander
  • Curry leaves
  • How to Make Chinese Chilly Chicken:

    1. Mix maida, cornflour, ginger, garlic , ajinomoto and salt, along with a little water and marinate for 2 hours.
    2. Deep fry the chicken till golden brown and keep aside.
    3. Then take a pan and add a few curry leaves, 1 cup sliced capsicum, and 3 tbsp of chopped green chillies and mix well.
    4. Then add the fried chicken and stir.
    5. Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp chilli sauce and mix well
    6. Add 1 tbsp lime juice and chopped coriander for garnishing.
