Ingredients

  • 1 - whole chicken cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp - maida
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 tsp - ginger
  • 1 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1 pinch - ajinomoto
  • salt
  • 1 cup - sliced capsicum
  • 3 tbsp - chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - lime juice
  • chopped coriander
  • curry leaves

How to Make Chinese Chilly Chicken

  • Mix maida, cornflour, ginger, garlic , ajinomoto and salt, along with a little water and marinate for 2 hours.
  • Deep fry the chicken till golden brown and keep aside.
  • Then take a pan and add a few curry leaves, 1 cup sliced capsicum, and 3 tbsp of chopped green chillies and mix well.
  • Then add the fried chicken and stir.
  • Add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp chilli sauce and mix well
  • Add 1 tbsp lime juice and chopped coriander for garnishing.
