Ingredients

  • 100 g- noodles
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup- chopped button Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup- sliced baby Corn
  • 1 - capsicum, julienned
  • 2-3 tbsp - finely chopped Onions
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Szechwan sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Chinese chilli sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 3 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves

How to Make Chinese Noodle Bhel

  • Boil the noodles and drain.
  • Sautee the vegetables.
  • Add the noodles. Add some sweet chutney, schezwan sauce, salt, and lime juice, and toss well.
  • Garnish with onions.
