How to Make

  • Prepare a paste of curd, red chilli powder, chilli-garlic paste, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • Take oil in a pan and add the whole garam masala.
  • Add the onions and saute until brown.
  • Add the marinated chicken.
  • Cook covered for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is tender and dry.
  • Heat butter in another pan and add the chicken pieces, then add some Schezwan sauce.
  • Saute until the chicken is brown.
  • Serve hot with rice.
