  • 20 - corn chips
  • rajma, boiled and mushy (with salt and black pepper)
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • onions, chopped
  • cilantro, chopped
  • spicy sauce
  • tomato ketchup

How to Make Chips Snack

  • Arrange the corn chips in a microwave-safe plate.
  • Place a few beans on each chip. Top with onions, tomatoes and cilantro.
  • Add a good quantity of shredded cheese on top.
  • Microwave for 40-50 seconds so that the cheese melts.
  • Add the sauce and ketchup and serve hot.
