  • 500 gms plain chocolate
  • 4 small Oranges (rind and juice)
  • 12 eggs
  • A few chopped Cashewnuts
  • How to Make Chocolate and Orange Mousse:

    1. Place the chocolate in a bowl with grated orange rind and juice
    2. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water
    3. Stir until the chocolate has melted
    4. Separate the egg yolks from the whites
    5. Beat the egg yolks
    6. Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate
    7. Beat the egg whites till stiff
    8. Add it to the chocolate mixture
    9. Mix well
    10. Pour in small individual bowls and chill to set for at least 2 to 3 hours
    11. Serve garnished with chopped cashew nuts
