  • 300 g - cashewnuts, roasted and crushed
  • 500 g - chocolate, raw
  • 45 ml - rum

How to Make Chocolate by Grace

  • Microwave the chocolate for 30 seconds and stir. If not semi-liquid, microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Add the dark rum and nuts and stir.
  • Prepare balls of the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Then keep in the freezer for another 10 minutes.
  • Keep under the fan overnight to sweat and dry.
  • Wrap in a foil in the morning.
