Ingredients

  • Maida - 1.75 cups
  • Sugar (ground) - 1.75 cups
  • Oil - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • 3 - Eggs (whites and yolks separately)
  • Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
  • Elaichi (crushed) - a pinch
  • Coffee - a pinch

How to Make Chocolate Chiffon Cake

  • Mix the maida, sugar, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder and a pinch of coffee.
  • Sieve the mixture at least 4 times.
  • Take a deep vessel. Put the mixture in it.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  • Make a well in the mixture.
  • Then add the oil and milk gradually.
  • Add the egg yolks.
  • Add the vanilla essence and crushed elaichi.
  • Add the egg whites to the cake mix and fold in.
  • Microwave on high for 20 minutes until the cake is done.
