  • 170 g - butter
  • 8 tsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1 box - Marie biscuits (approx 12)
  • 2 - eggs

How to Make Chocolate Cold Cake

  • Put some butter in a saucepan. Let it soften.
  • Add both the beaten eggs. Add sugar and cocoa powder.
  • Take a big saucepan, put water in it and put on the flame.
  • Now put the small saucepan (with the mixture) on the big saucepan and let it simmer. Do not put it directly on the flame.
  • When it becomes like custard, turn off the flame.
  • Take 4-5 biscuits and add them to the mixture.
  • Let this cool at room temperature.
  • Now put this mixture in a clean shopper bag.
  • Press and shape it like a roll.
  • Refrigerate till it becomes firm and cut like biscuits.
