  • 2 heaped tbsp - Oats
  • 3/4 cup - Milk approx
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence (optional)
  • Chocolate chips for garnish

How to Make Chocolate Oatmeal

  • Add the oats, cocoa, sugar and vanilla together in a microwave proof bowl.
  • Add enough milk to cover the oats mix, you may not need the whole 3/4 cup for this.
  • Mix until there are no dry cocoa lumps and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until done, stirring after every one minute.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and serve.
