Ingredients

  • 100 g - all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 75 g - caster Sugar
  • 100 ml - Milk
  • 1/3 cup - Olive oil/ unsalted Butter
  • 2 tbsp - roasted chopped Pine Nuts
  • For Fudge sauce:
  • 30 g - unsalted Butter
  • 100 g - dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 300 ml - Milk Cream
  • 20 g - icing Sugar
  • How to Make Chocolate Pudding With Fudge Sauce:

    1. Preheat the oven to 150 degree celsius and grease pudding moulds.
    2. Sift dry ingredients and add wet ingredients and blend until a smooth batter is attained.
    3. Add roasted nuts.
    4. Pour into moulds, place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
    5. For fudge sauce:
    6. Place ingredients in a pan or double boiler over low heat and cook, frequently stirring, until thick.
    7. Take out puddings, pour sauce over top and garnish with nuts.
    8. Serve chilled .
