Ingredients

  • 100 g - all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp - baking powder
  • 1 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 75 g - caster sugar
  • 100 ml - milk
  • 1/3 cup - olive oil/ unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp - roasted chopped pine nuts
  • For Fudge sauce:
  • 30 g - unsalted butter
  • 100 g - dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 300 ml - milk cream
  • 20 g - icing sugar

How to Make Chocolate Pudding With Fudge Sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 150 degree celsius and grease pudding moulds.
  • Sift dry ingredients and add wet ingredients and blend until a smooth batter is attained.
  • Add roasted nuts.
  • Pour into moulds, place on a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  • For fudge sauce:
  • Place ingredients in a pan or double boiler over low heat and cook, frequently stirring, until thick.
  • Take out puddings, pour sauce over top and garnish with nuts.
  • Serve chilled .
