  • 200g - Refined flour or Maida
  • 200g - Butter
  • 100g - Sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 tsp - baking powder
  • 3 tbsp - cocoa powder or drinking chocolate
  • 1 cup - fresh Cream whipped with 2 tsp Sugar
  • How to Make Chocolate Pudding with Whipped Cream:

    1. Beat the butter and sugar together till fluffy.
    2. Add the eggs and continue beating for a few minutes.
    3. Add in the flour, cocoa powder or drinking chocolate, salt, and baking powder and mix well.
    4. Pour the mixture in a greased baking dish.
    5. Bake for 25 minutes until brown on the top.
    6. Remove from the oven and when cold, turn over on a serving dish.
    7. Decorate with whipped cream.
    8. The pudding can also be steamed for 15 minutes instead of baking.
