  • 1 cup - wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - skimmed milk
  • 1/2 tsp - fennel seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup - ground sugar
  • 4 tsp - pure ghee
  • 1 sheet - vark

How to Make Choorma Ladoo with Skimmed Milk

  • Knead the flour with milk till it is soft.
  • Make two thick chapatis and lightly roast; apply ghee so that it doesn't dry.
  • Now tear these chapatis and when they cool, grind them with fennel seeds and cardamom powder.
  • Add powdered sugar, and mix them properly with hand till it is smooth.
  • Make ladoos and apply a little vark on each piece. Serve.
