  • 150g - Wheat flour
  • 50g - Semolina
  • 50g - Gram flour (Besan)
  • 100g - Pure ghee
  • 2 kg - ghee (for frying)
  • 100 ml - milk
  • 5g - Green cardamom powder
  • 50g - Pistachios
  • 50g - Almonds
  • 200g - Castor sugar

How to Make Choorma with Castor Sugar

  • Mix wheat flour, besan and semolina. Add melted ghee and milk.
  • Mix well and make balls.
  • Fry the balls in hot ghee till light brown.
  • Let the balls come to room temperature.
  • Powder the balls with the help of a grinder.
  • Add castor sugar and chopped dry fruits.
