Ingredients

  • 2 - chow chow
  • 1 big - onion (sliced)
  • 1 - tomato (sliced)
  • 3 - green chillies (sliced)
  • 2-3 cloves - garlic
  • Curry leaves, a few
  • 1 cup - coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chow chow in coconut milk

  • Cook all the ingredients, except for oil and coconut milk.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, add curry leaves, and add the cooked chow chow along with coconut milk.
  • Serve with chapati or rice.
