  • 250 gm - flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 150 gm - diced Butter
  • 100 gm - castor Sugar
  • Dried fruit/icing to decorate
  • Eggs, as required (approximately 4)

How to Make Christmas biscuits

  • Rub flour and butter until breadcrumbs are formed.
  • Stir in sugar and spices.
  • Add enough beaten eggs to form soft dough. Chill well.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  • Cut into desired shapes and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 180 degrees C for 10-12 minutes
  • Decorate with icing sugar/dried fruits/candy.
