Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - plain flour
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup - chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped nuts
  • How to Make Christmas Fudge:

    1. Beat butter and sugar till light.
    2. Add eggs and beat well in one direction till fluffy.
    3. Add chocolate syrup and vanilla essence.
    4. Mix flour and salt and beat well.
    5. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
    6. Pour the mixture in a baking dish.
    7. Garnish it with nuts and bake for 25 minutes.
    8. Cool and serve.
