  • 1/2 cup - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup - plain flour
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup - chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped nuts

How to Make Christmas Fudge

  • Beat butter and sugar till light.
  • Add eggs and beat well in one direction till fluffy.
  • Add chocolate syrup and vanilla essence.
  • Mix flour and salt and beat well.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Pour the mixture in a baking dish.
  • Garnish it with nuts and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Cool and serve.
