Ingredients

  • 2 cups murmure
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - Peanuts
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 sprigs - coriander
  • 1/2 - Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp - fine sev
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Churumuri

  • Take oil in a large mixing bowl and add chopped onions, carrots, peanuts, sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add murmure to this mixture and garnish with cucumber slices, sev, coriander and serve immediately.
