Ingredients

  • 2 cups murmure
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - Peanuts
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • 3 sprigs - coriander
  • 1/2 - Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp - fine sev
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Churumuri:

    1. Take oil in a large mixing bowl and add chopped onions, carrots, peanuts, sugar, salt, pepper, lemon juice, chilli powder and mix well.
    2. Add murmure to this mixture and garnish with cucumber slices, sev, coriander and serve immediately.
