How to Make Cilantro Baath

  • Cook rice with a tsp of oil and allow it to cool.
  • Grind cilantro, green chillies, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 cloves, and onion.
  • Take a little oil in a frying pan and season it with cumin, cloves, cardamom and patha.
  • Then add the ground mixture and fry till oil separates.
  • Add this to the cooked rice and add salt and mix every thing together.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
