Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Cilantro
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 - Garlic Clove (optional)
  • A hand full - finely crushed Peanuts (optional)
  • A few drops of Lemon juice
  • 3-4 - hot chilli peppers
  • A small piece - Ginger

How to Make Cilantro Chutney

  • In blender, mix all the ingredients to a fine paste.
  • Add very little water.
