  • 1kg - cooking apples, peeled and cut into thick slices
  • 225g - porridge Oats
  • 100g - margarine
  • 50g - caster Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon

How to Make Cinnamon Apple Crunch

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
  • Arrange apples in an ovenproof dish, and then sprinkle it with sugar.
  • Warm the margarine in a saucepan.
  • Stir in the cinnamon and porridge oats when margarine melts.
  • Spread the mixture over the apples and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
