Ingredients

  • 8 - apples
  • 8 tbsp - Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp - rum
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 30g - Raisins
  • 10g - Cashewnuts
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • How to Make Cinnamon Flavored Apple Pudding:

    1. Peel and slice the apples.
    2. Chop cashew nuts.
    3. Soak raisins in rum, and keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
    4. In a mixing bowl, put the apples, cashew nuts, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice and the raisins-rum mixture.
    5. Mix well, bake in a pudding dish at 450 degrees F for 20 mins.
    6. This pudding is to be served hot.
