How to Make Cinnamon Flavored Apple Pudding

  • Peel and slice the apples.
  • Chop cashew nuts.
  • Soak raisins in rum, and keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • In a mixing bowl, put the apples, cashew nuts, sugar, cinnamon powder, lemon juice and the raisins-rum mixture.
  • Mix well, bake in a pudding dish at 450 degrees F for 20 mins.
  • This pudding is to be served hot.
