Ingredients

  • 5 - fresh Apricots
  • A few - fresh Blueberries
  • 5 tbsp - of Honey
  • 1.5 tsp - of Cinnamon powder
  • 5 piece - white chocolate
  • How to Make Cinnamon Honey Bake Apricots:

    1. Deseed the apricots, and place each apricots in separate ramekins.
    2. Mix honey and cinnamon powder.
    3. Pour one tbsp of honey cinnamon mixture into the apricots. Add in a few blue berries into the apricots. Bake the apricots in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 8 -10 minutes.
    4. The fruit and berries should become soft and juicy.
    5. Place chocolate pieces in each ramekins and bake them again for 2 to 4 mins till the chocolate just starts to melt.
